The "foggy" days or the ones that go by and there is a lack of joy. I love that quote about our thoughts causing emotion. That is really one of my struggles. I worry and think about what could go wrong and it never leads to anything but more worry. I have to be conscious to stop myself and pray and find the joy in the moment.
