We can't believe our little girl is 2 months old now and already leaving the "newborn" stage! She has remained consistent in her sweet and forgiving disposition as her brothers continue to love ON her every moment she's awake, (key word being ON) and some moments when she's not! Both boys love our newest edition and we can't blame them as John and I love our "Cora" time after they've gone to bed and we get her all to ourselves :) Ryder has been cracking us up lately with his comments about her....like today when I got her dressed he looked at her and said, "Mom, Cora is adorable!" He's also been asking me when there is going to be another baby in my tummy...when I tell him there's not going to be anymore babies in my tummy, he says, "But wait, Mom! We need 4 babies, 5 babies, 10 babies!" Uh...sorry Ry...3 is enough for us!

We go to the doctor next week, so we don't know how much she weighs exactly, but she's definitely chunking up! Her 0-3 month clothes are getting snug and she's even grown out of some of the smaller outfits already...so sad! They're so cute!!! She's holding up our tradition (passed down by Dad) of being one who likes her sleep! Here's her (sort-of) schedule right now for those interested in these kinds of things! Moms of little ones know what I mean!

An average day in the life of our 2 month old girl...(average, meaning deviations DEFINITELY occur!)

7:00 - wake up, eat, give Mommy good morning smiles :)
8:00 - sleep
10:30 - wake up, eat, bath, more smiles
12:00 - sleep
2:30 - wake up, eat, tummy time (if the boys aren't in wrestle mode!)
4:00 - sleep
5:30 - wake up, eat, sit at dinner with the family (listen to Ryder ask, "Who can see Sis from their seat?")
7:00 - short cat nap (boys bath time)
8:00 - eat and hang out with Mom while Daddy gets boys in bed
9:30- eat and hang out with Daddy while Mommy sits without holding anyone for once that day!
11:00 - eat and go to bed for the night...and she sleeps until 7am or so in the morning!!! Yippee!
You can see she likes to eat a lot right before bedtime! She put herself on this schedule and has stuck to it so far...she's still very sleepy during the day so sometimes I wake her up if it's been longer than 4 hours since she's eaten. The way she's set it up allows me a lot of good time with the boys during the day! It works out great. Up until a week ago I was still pumping and giving her a bottle, since she still has thrush and I didn't want to catch it again and continue passing it back and forth. Since we both have medicine now, the chance of me catching it is less, so I started nursing her again last week and she's doing great!!! I really feel like this is a miracle since it's been so long that she's been using a bottle...Now I'm just praying I don't get thrush again and that she is completely healed soon! Praise the Lord!
I was hoping to get a good picture for her sweet smile to show you but it's kind of hard to get her to smile and snap the picture at the same time! Enjoy the best ones I could get! This little smirk is her way of saying..."I love you Everyone! Especially to my grandparents in CA...I can't wait for you to hold me soon!"

Wow she is an awesome sleeper. How can I get one of those next time around? :o) Bella just barely caught on to 1-2 hour long naps a couple months ago. Cora is being really nice to her mommy.
