I can't believe it's been 9 months since our little Rylee was born and made us a family of 6 :)
I was laughing as I went through pictures of this past month because it is apparently becoming harder to get a picture of our youngest little princess by herself! She is always surrounded by the ones who love her most...
The second they hear her wake up, they want to climb into her bed and play...this time Cora beat me there!
This month she's spending a lot more time scooting around and loves to push herself backwards throughout the house on our hardwood floors. When I put her on our rug in the family room, she like to rock back and forth, getting ready to crawl forward any day now!
She's eating almost everything we do at this point, other than the foods that are highly allergenic (peanuts, strawberries, etc.)...I just grind it all up in my baby food grinder (that my mom used with me when I was a baby!)...and she loves it! I usually add a bit of brown rice cereal with probiotics and a bit of apple sauce and that's dinner!
I always love getting to the stage when my babies eat snacks...it makes traveling so much easier! I'm getting ready to travel with her in a couple weeks and I know she'll be fine nursing and eating snacks on the plane :)
She still sleeps great and even sleeps through the nightly "talk show" Cora puts on for her babies and stuffed animals on her way to falling asleep. :) She sleeps through all the ABC's and Jesus Loves Me Cora's little friends hear nightly.
I will say, her little spunky personality is beginning to show more and more each day! Instead of waiting quietly for however long it takes me to get to feeding her after handing out the rest of the plates at dinner time, Rylee now has a shrill little shriek she lets out to tell us, she doesn't want to wait anymore!!! it's fun to see her begin to assert herself with her brothers and sister too.

Remember, the theme this month, is that our fourth little bean is never alone! Every time I began to take a video or picture of her, someone else would pop their little face into the mix...usually her big sister :) (But she's cute, so we'll let her in!)
This moment was no exception...(we had just come back form a fundraiser for Cole's school so we're all in our blue CAOS shirts :)
This next video I almost didn't post because of the World War III that is starting to develop at the end between Cole and Cora when (off camera) Cole starts to push Cora's stroller and takes her blankie out. In case you can't tell by the shrill screams from Cora in the video...she doesn't like this. We're working on her calming down her reaction to things she doesn't like, but until then, this is my 2 year old in all her glory, and I don't want to miss remembering this part of the the journey. It's so easy on a blog, to represent yourself or your family however you want the world to perceive you to be. I never want it to be said of me that I only posted about the "pretty" parts of life! Sure, there are precious moments I want to capture and remember forever, but if I never post the moments when everyone is "undone" how will I look back and thank God for how far He's brought us! So here is is...
By the way...it's hard to hear, but Cora says to Rylee (after she realizes that Cole has her stroller), "Hi little baby, I come back for you." I love how calm she is with her sister even though she's apparently very upset at Cole... :)
The older three join her again as I attempt Take 2...To document her life and to leave the other three out, would be altering reality just for the sake of pictures and video...so here it is. Rylee at 9 months...plus a proud big sister, an older brother (pretending to be a dog) and another brother whose arranging the pretend family he and the other two just started to make up. :)
Enjoy!

Thank you, Lord for our sweet baby girl!!! What plans you have for her, today and forever because of your great love for her. Thank you for the gift of her life!
