Every Thanksgiving we have a "Thankful Tree."
A place to see our blessings before our eyes.
A place to be intentional in our gratitude.
A friend shared this truth with me recently...
When our hands are open, we can receive what God has to give.
It's our clinched fists, holding tightly to our own way that prevent us from receiving all He is waiting to give those who trust Him.
Open hands, praising Him for the blessings around us.
This is the way I pray we live...for in gratitude, we find TRUE, everlasting LIFE from the One who freely gave His own so we. could. LIVE.
Thank you, Jesus.
I want to live with open hands for YOU, today.
Freely I receive Lord, freely I can give...
